Art & Artie have just recorded a new (actually 32-year old) song, "Granny And The Kid." Dr. Demento is airing it on his show the last week of July, so look for that. The recording session went smoothly, if you don't take into account 
the 2 fist fights that took place and the bloody noses and Art's sprained wrist.
And hopefully, we're just days away from the release of Kodovoner, Amazing Adult Fantasy, and the Sicks cd reissues! Wow! Is this a great time to be a 
B & B fan, or what?!

Art & Artie performed a RARE acoustic set at the 2005 B.O.R.E.D. tour, June 11, 2005 the Player's Second Stage Theater, California State University Long Beach.
Contrary to popular belief, the world actually did not cease to spin.

Barnes and Barnes have three CDs being simultaneously released on Oglio Records. "Amazing Adult Fantasy", "Sicks" and the fabled but never-released "Kodovoner." All will feature bonus cuts. Specific release date is expected momentarily.

Art & Artie had a very pleasant business cheese lunch with Carl Caprioglio, head of Oglio records, and we agreed on the deal to have Oglio release, Kodovoner, Amazing Adult Fantasy, and Sicks.  All three will be released at the same time! That means something like seventy five B&B songs will be coming your way to enjoy soon.

Older News:

In April, 2004 Barnes and Barnes returned to the MASTER multi track Fish Heads tape, (first time in 25 years!) in order to bounce it to another machine and sing NEW verses intended to accompany the Fish Heads Animated Series theme!  It was thrilling folks.

 
By early May 2004, Barnes and Barnes will have concluded transferring all of the remaining unreleased albums and "bonus tracks" that accompany each to digital format. Meaning, it won't be long before "Amazing Adult Fantasy", "Sicks" and "Code of Honor", (Kodovoner) will be available!  Light a candle in gratitude. Or don't.  Have a beer and burp.

'FISH HEADS" THE ANIMATED SERIES... is in the beginning stages of "happening" in a real bigtime shobiz way! REALLY!  Will it become a reality? Who knows? But major meetings are unfolding with legitimate heads of networks, etc! It could be the greatest animated series ever created! Then again...

"DERAILROADED" is a documentary feature length film about Larry "Wild Man Fisher". It is in the final stages of editing right now. It features brand new interviews with Barnes and Barnes on camera and also has them narrating throughout the film. It contains many songs produced, written and co-written by B&B and is a DON'T MISS- MUST HAVE!! More details to come concerning where you can find it and it's release.
